On April 19, 2024, the Office of Child Care Licensing received a complaint regarding inappropriate communication by staff with a child and policies for handling parent complaints. An investigation was begun on April 26, 2024, and concluded on April 30, 2024. Based on the results of this investigation, there is no evidence to substantiate this complaint because the center administrator, Staff #1, and Staff #2 all stated they have never observed staff speaking to children inappropriately. Also, the center administrator stated she did speak with Child #1 s parent on the phone regarding her concerns and offered her times to meet in person.
