There is no evidence to substantiate this complaint because Administrator #1 and the staff interviewed stated they have no knowledge of staff members yelling at children, or children needing points to use the bathroom. No staff were observed engaging in improper discipline during this visit. The toilet was clean and in good repair during this visit.

A complaint was received on September 16, 2024, regarding concerns of lack of supervision. An investigation was conducted on September 17, 2024. There is no evidence to substantiate this complaint because the staff interviewed stated they have no knowledge of a game called nad whacking nor have they ever referred to a game of that nature. Staff interviewed stated while Parent #1 did present a concern of their child being touched inappropriately, touching of private parts was not mentioned. Staff interviewed stated school-age children in care during the summer camp program were reminded to keep their hands to themselves.

A complaint was received on July 26, 2024, regarding concerns of lack of cleanliness of the indoor space, use of an unapproved vehicle which is in disrepair and not clean, not following up on parental complaints, not following release of children policies, not using correct behavioral supports, staff smoking on or near the bus and in close proximity to the facility, and claiming children for the food program while parents provide lunches. The investigation was initiated on July 29, 2024, and concluded on August 7, 2024.
