OCCL s investigation of regulatory non-compliance began after clearance from other agencies was received. On March 4, 2025, the Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint regarding lack of supervision. An investigation was conducted on October 1, 2025, after receiving clearance from other agencies. Based on information received from outside agencies, and staff interviews and observations, there is no evidence to substantiate this complaint for lack of supervision.
