On November 7, 2025, the Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint regarding a lack of positive behavior supports. An investigation was conducted on November 12, 2025. This complaint is substantiated for lack of positive behavior supports because a self-report to OCCL states Staff #1 elbowed Child #2 in the head because the child s language was undesirable to Staff #1. During the investigation, Child #2 stated they had their shoulder squeezed by Staff #1 to move Child #2 where they wanted them to, and their head was elbowed by Staff #1 after saying something mean. Center administration terminated the employment of Staff #1 as a result of their own investigation.
