OCCL s investigation of regulatory non-compliance began after clearance from other agencies was received. The Office of Child Care Licensing received a complaint on September 22, 2025, regarding improper discipline. An investigation began on November 20, 2025, and concluded on December 11, 2025. There is no evidence to substantiate this complaint because Staff #1 and Staff #2 denied the allegation and video footage reviewed did not show staff members alone in the bathroom with Child #1 or Child #1 being hit or touched inappropriately.
