A complaint was received on July 21, 2021, alleging multiple children have been hurt while being kept in the gym during the pandemic and there were many reports made due to an unsafe environment. Students were kept in the gym during the pandemic with missing ceiling tiles and large equipment to trip over that was not put away, there was water left on the floor, and trash cans did not have lids. The reporter stated a child was sleeping under a table and the children used a small trampoline in the gym. An investigation was conducted on July 27, 2021, and August 4, 2021.
