The Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint on September 8, 2022, regarding the licensee being on her phone, which distracts from providing care during the hours of operation; the licensee providing child care in a space that has not been approved by OCCL and the fire marshal; the licensee allowing children to be picked up by other children in the facility; and the licensee not following requirements regarding screen time.
