On July 19, 2023, The Office of Child Care Licensing received a complaint regarding unqualified staff alone with children, staff not eligible per criminal background check, children not permitted in the building and left outside unsupervised, and not following correct child release procedures. An investigation was conducted on July 24, 2023. There is no evidence to substantiate that unqualified staff are left alone with children because Staff #1 does not work in a classroom with children. All classrooms were observed at the visit and attendance records were reviewed for all classrooms in the center.
