  On May 22, 2025, the Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint involving concerns of improper discipline related to toilet training. An investigation was conducted on May 30, 2025. All staff members interviewed reported they had never witnessed a staff member slam a child onto a changing table or yell in their face.
