The complaint also alleged that the center was not providing enough food for the children throughout the day. An unannounced visit was conducted on February 11, 2022, to investigate the complaint. There is no evidence to substantiate the complaint because the staff members and children who were interviewed stated that problems are talked through and worked out together. A complaint was received on November 15, 2021, addressing multiple allegations. On December 7, 2021, more information was received by the same reporter. Unannounced visits were conducted on December 2, and December 13, 2021, to investigate the complaint. There is no evidence to substantiate the complaint. The center was able to demonstrate that they follow the required portion sizes for all age groups during meal times. Ms. Moore stated the center has not been using the public playground that the center usually uses for gross motor due to COVID-19, but they do take the children out for walks and they use indoor space available for the required gross motor activity.
