Administrator #1 stated an injury report was not written because Parent #1 is always upset when the facility calls her. Staff #2 stated she attempted to talk to Parent #1 about the missing braid but Parent #1 walked past her to the classroom. On May 25, 2022, the Office of Child Care Licensing received a complaint regarding concerns about lack of supervision within the two-year-old classroom due to a child biting. At the conclusion of an investigation conducted on June 1, 2022, there is no evidence to substantiate this complaint. Ms. Banoub showed documentation of contact with the parent of Child #1 to address and resolve biting in the classroom. Parent #1 showed an active attempt to help re-direct Child #1 s behavior by providing tools, and staff in the classroom have been asked to closely monitor Child #1.
