The Office of Child Care Licensing received a complaint on October 6, 2022, alleging lack of supervision. There is no evidence to substantiate this complaint because based on staff interviews all staff members were involved with the children and were actively supervising. Child #1 was not told to go in the pool without a life jacket but chose to enter the pool when told she was permitted to do so. When she emerged on her own and seemed upset she only expressed to staff she did not like the splashing and commotion. She did not drop to the bottom of the pool to need to have someone help her up.
