A complaint was received on October 11, 2021, regarding the allegation that the center was not following the proper COVID procedures. An unannounced visit was conducted on October 12, 2021, to investigate the complaint. There is no evidence to substantiate the complaint because the center was able to provide documentation that DPH is notified for contact tracing, parents are notified when there is a possible exposure or a positive COVID result has been disclosed, the center follows the recommended quarantine periods provided by DPH, and the areas of the building involved in the COVID exposure are thoroughly cleaned.
