On August 14, 2025, the Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint regarding allegations of a lack of supervision. Based on interviews conducted, observations, and documentation collected, there is no evidence to substantiate this complaint for lack of supervision. There were three staff members on the playground providing supervision to children. All staff members saw Child #1 get up off the ground after the fall and run to a staff member for assistance. Staff #3 attended to Child #1 s injury by taking Child #1 inside to the Administrator, who provided first aid, called 911, and Parent #1.
