On March 12, 2026, the Office of Child Care Licensing received a complaint regarding allegations of providing an inaccurate injury report, failing to follow policy regarding parent complaints, and not following their procedures to address food allergies. After interviewing Administrator #1 and reviewing all documentation, there is no evidence to substantiate this complaint regarding the allegations. The facility had not received documentation of any allergies for Child #1, followed DELACARE regulations for providing an accident or injury report, and documentation showed Child #1 was fed appropriately during the day in question.

Based on interviews and documentation reviewed, there is no evidence to substantiate this complaint for improper discipline. LS #1 interviewed four staff members separately, all of whom stated Staff #2 did not use improper discipline with Child #1.
