On January 3, 2023, The Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint regarding an unhealthful physical environment and air quality due to water damage. Based on the results of an investigation, both by phone and physical observation, there is no evidence to substantiate this complaint. All water damage repairs to the building were completed within 48 hours and no moldy smell was detected. A concern noted during the investigation was OCCL was not notified of the water damage to the facility within the required time frame.
