On April 23, 2024, the Office of Child Care Licensing received a complaint regarding not following the suspension/expulsion policy in the handbook and improper discipline. An investigation was conducted on April 29, 2024. There is no evidence to substantiate the complaint because interviewed staff denied all allegations of improper discipline and the center followed their suspension and expulsion policy by creating a behavior plan for the child. In addition, the administrator stated the center did not disenroll Child #1, but Parent #1 decided Child #1 would not return.
